Background
IBM lacked a pricing tool that could show site visitors and potential clients a real-time hardware price. Although it was one of the most requested features in our user reserach, iIBM had never been able to successfully deliver due to complex back-end systems.
The goal
Create a real-time hardware pricing configurator that allows users to see current pricing for strategic hardware offerings.
