The results
Upon launch, the new mobile-friendly app employed data analytics and real life interaction to provide a personalized experience for clients while lowering product delivery cost. The Net Promoter Score for the MVP increased by 52 points and we were able to collect data from the end-to-end flow to drive future product improvements.
